Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Poshak app or this website and when you buy from R K FASHION (R K FASHION Pvt Ltd.), GSTIN 24ASMPT7011N1Z9. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Business accounts
- Poshak is for businesses (shops, boutiques, traders). You must be 18 or older and give correct details, including your GST number where you have one.
- New accounts are reviewed by us. We may approve, limit (for example to retail or wholesale designs) or stop an account at our discretion.
- Keep your login safe. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
2. Designs, stock and prices
- Designs are sold in bundles; the app shows how many pieces a bundle has. Photos are for reference — colours and work may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
- Prices shown in the app include GST unless stated otherwise. Wholesale and retail prices depend on your account type.
- All orders depend on stock. If we cannot supply an item, we will cancel it and refund anything you paid for it.
- We may correct obvious price or listing errors before accepting an order.
3. Orders and bills
- An order is confirmed when we accept it in our system; you can follow its status in the app.
- We issue a GST tax invoice and/or an estimate for each order according to your account's billing terms. An order may be billed in two parts; such parts are treated as one order (for example they are cancelled together).
4. Payment
- Online (prepaid) — paid through Razorpay at checkout. An online order that is not paid within 30 minutes is cancelled automatically and its stock released.
- Credit (postpaid) — only for buyers we have agreed this with. Amounts due must be paid within the agreed time; we may hold new orders while an amount is overdue or above your order limit.
5. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

6. Use of the app and website
Do not misuse the service, try to access other accounts, or copy designs, photos or content from the app for resale or publication. Design photos remain our property.
7. Liability
We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered as described. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) or delays caused by events outside our control (for example transport strikes, natural events). Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Orders already accepted follow the terms that applied when they were placed.
