Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Where we ship
We ship from Surat, Gujarat to addresses anywhere in India.
2. How we ship
The way your order travels is chosen automatically from its total weight:
- Courier — orders up to 5 kg, delivered to your address by a courier company.
- Transport — orders over 5 kg, sent through a road transport company to your city; you collect the parcel from the transport office.
An order billed in two parts always travels together as one parcel.
3. When we dispatch
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after we accept them (online orders: after payment is confirmed).
- Delivery after dispatch usually takes 3–7 working days by courier; transport times depend on the route.
- These are estimates — holidays, weather or transporter delays can make delivery later.
4. Shipping charges
- Courier orders — courier charges are paid by the buyer and are shown on your bill (tax invoice or estimate), together with the goods.
- Transport orders — we do not charge any delivery amount on our bill. You pay the transport charges directly to the transport company when you collect your parcel.
5. Tracking
When your order is sent, its status in the app changes to "Sent" and, where available, the courier or transport tracking number is added to the order.
6. Address and delivery problems
- Please keep your delivery address and phone number correct in the app. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or refused delivery, re-sending costs are payable by the buyer.
