Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information R K FASHION (R K FASHION Pvt Ltd.) ("we", "us") collects through the Poshak mobile app and this website, why we collect it and how we protect it. It follows applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
- Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not get your Google password.
- Business details — company name, logo, GST number, GST certificate (if you upload it), billing and delivery addresses.
- Orders and payments — what you order, invoices and estimates, payment status and amounts. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are not stored by us.
- Photos you choose — the app asks for camera or photo access only when you pick a company logo or photograph your GST certificate.
- Technical data — basic logs (such as IP address and time of a request) that our servers keep to run the service securely.
We do not collect your location, contacts or other phone data, and we do not show advertising.
2. How we use it
- to create and approve your business account and keep it secure;
- to show you the right designs and prices, take and deliver your orders;
- to issue GST invoices, estimates and payment receipts and keep accounts;
- to contact you about your account, orders, payments and deliveries;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:
- Razorpay — to process online payments;
- Google — for Google sign-in, and to suggest and check addresses (Google Places and Address Validation);
- Courier and transport companies — your name, phone and delivery address, to deliver your orders;
- Our hosting provider (Google Cloud, servers in Mumbai, India) — which stores our data on our behalf;
- Government authorities — where the law requires it (for example GST records).
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. Invoices, orders and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can see and update your profile and addresses in the app.
- You can delete your account in the app (Profile). This closes your login; billing records we must keep by law are retained.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete what we are not required to keep — write to us at the contact below.
6. Security
Our website and app use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, payment details stay with Razorpay, and access to our systems is limited to authorised staff.
7. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to keep staff signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children
Poshak is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be shown in the app.
